I realized a few weeks ago that Herschel hasn't really been talked about or shown to you all lately and I know you are having withdraws. So here are some of Herschel's exciting moments from the last couple months.
First of all, he got stung be a bee on his front left paw in May while trying to catch and eat them, still one of his daily activities. He was pretty pitiful for a few hours there, limping around and holding it in the air and such, but after a good nap he was as good as new!
In June, while my friend Amy was here, we found out that Herschel likes lettuce even more than we knew. I handed him a whole romaine leaf and he chowed down like it was a bone and came back wanting more!
Herschel also had an interview this summer, since we told him it was time to start earning his keep. He looked very Handsome and professional I have to say.
And what do you know he received his first modeling job by Pooch Plant, for the CouldK9 pet bed! We spotted him at Sam's when we were there one day. Look for him in your local Sam's club! Isn't he cute!
Loved getting updated on Herschel's tales. He is such a cute, sweet and funny dog! He is growing up to fast & enjoying life...
ReplyDelete...has his own pad & blanket (personal spot), playing with others in the community (bees), list of favorite things (big window, doggie door, toys & lettuce), even dressing up. Has he taken your shoes anymore? Maybe that was the beginning of his dressing up, esp in other's clothes. He is a cool dude dog, into modeling. Bow Wow!
Herschel has one of his daddy's traits, loves lettuce. Very funny and interesting, thanks for sharing your dog-child update.
